I’m trying to make recipes that use ingredients you may already have, make the most of the good ingredients you go out to buy, and encourage you to use only tested, great products that add major value to your kitchen, rather than clutter.
I only recommend going out an buying an ingredient that you don’t already have when it really really *makes* a dish. I love to develop bright, fragrant recipes that are as delicious as they are reliable. I’m inspired by unexpected uses of spices and herbs, seasonal vegetables, and “international” pantry ingredients like chili oil and matcha.
